The Amacx Isotonic Energy Drink helps replenish fuel stores during a long workout. This drink contains both glucose and fructose in a 2:1 ratio. This balance allows your body to absorb up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. In products without this ratio, your body can absorb 60 grams per hour. This sports drink also includes added sodium and magnesium, which directly support your fluid balance.

We recommend using this sports drink when you demand a lot from your body, typically during efforts lasting longer than 2 hours. Use the Energy Drink in combination with other products from our Energy Line.

Usage

The Energy Drink can be used either before, during, or after exercise.

Recommended dose: Mix 31g of powder (2 level scoops) with 500ml of water in a water bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and the sports drink is ready to use. Your sports drink will then contain 30g of carbohydrates.

Drink 1 bidon per hour during exercise. Use depends on personal carbohydrate and fluid requirements.
