Amacx Turbo Drink replenishes your energy supply during a long and demanding training session. This drink contains 40 grams of carbohydrates per bottle. Due to the correct ratio of glucose and fructose (1:0.8) in this drink, your body is capable of absorbing carbohydrates without causing digestive or stomach issues. You should take this drink during a long exertion of at least 2 hours. The drink is available in the Lemon & Watermelon flavor.

  • 1 bag is good for 20 servings of 40 grams of carbohydrates.
  • Can be dosed as 40 grams or 80 grams of carbohydrates per bottle.
  • Replenishes energy sources during a long sports performance.
  • 1:0.8 carbohydrate ratio with the addition of electrolytes.
  • Contains potassium, calcium, and magnesium.

Usage

The Turbo Drink can be used before, during, or after sports.

Recommended usage: The sports drink can be mixed in two different carbohydrate dosages: 40 grams of carbohydrates or 80 grams of carbohydrates.

Turbo Drink with 40 grams of carbohydrates: Mix 42g of powder (1 level scoop) with 500ml of water in a bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds, and the sports drink is ready to use.

Turbo Drink with 80 grams of carbohydrates: Mix 84g of powder (2 big scoops) with 500ml of water in a bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds, and the sports drink is ready to use.

Consume 1 bottle per hour during the exertion. Usage depends on individual carbohydrate and fluid needs. Based on the options above, you can also determine how many bars and/or gels you consume per hour in addition. It is also possible to replace 500ml of water with 750ml, keeping the carbohydrate content in 1 bottle the same. However, ensure that you still drink 1 bottle per hour to maintain your nutrition strategy.
