The Maurten Gel Mix 480 is an innovative carbohydrate mix for endurance athletes who want to carry maximum energy during long training sessions and competitions. By mixing one sachet with 200 ml of water, a unique hydrogel is created with a texture that is thicker than a sports drink, but more fluid than a traditional gel. Thanks to the proven Hydrogel Technology, the carbohydrates are coated in the stomach for efficient absorption during prolonged exertion.

With no less than 120 grams of carbohydrates and 480 kcal per serving, Gel Mix 480 has been developed for marathon runners, trail runners, cyclists, and triathletes who aim for a high carbohydrate intake during long efforts. You can use one sachet for one long session or divide it into two 60-gram servings. Additionally, Gel Mix 480 can be combined with Maurten Additions for extra flavor variation, without affecting the performance of the Hydrogel Technology.
